A great run indeed by 07149 Secunderabad to Kamakhya Special Fare Special. Running properly after such a long time.

Kept off Coromandel for the entire night even though it was just about 20 to 25 minutes behind it right from Vijayawada. Interestingly, SCR had delayed Coromandel heavily between VIjayawada and Visakhapatnam (about 30 minutes) but treated 07149 very well. After Visakhapatnam, Coro made up time due to its non-stop run till Brahmapur and brought the gap down to 25 minutes. But, after that, both trains received equal priority and Coro has slowly...

But eventually surrendered to 12041 Howrah to New Jalpaiguri Shatabdi Express.
Even today, same thing happened.
07149 departed Bhadrak at 08:00 hrs.
Coro arrived at Bhadrak at 08:10 hrs.
