In 2 runs how can it got SGUJ/MLDT/SBI/HWH.......it had loco change at NJP?

barely 2 months hv completed that this line hs started operating... and 3 sets of trains earlier and now its geting express.. tezpur is getting due importance.. without so much demanding ..
But this line links to Tezpur,one of the most important cities of Assam.Connects various places of north bank.Demand was always there but track was not running earlier.
VERY HAPPY TO SEE THIS TRAIN!But wonder what is the target market of this train?Is there any definite planning behind this service?Which crowd it intends to connect?COULD THE TIME HAVE BEEN BETTER?Will it serve the purpose?
but getting due importance is not easy in IR... serious agitation is needed with several letters to ZONE/DIV then some station gets trains.... but TEZPUR has got without these due to the passenger inflow..
lucky enough!Though TEZPUR used to be bustling Railway Station in the MG era.High population,greater catchment area population propels it!

Do you think that with the coach composition it has,will it be able to fetch crowd?The time could have been better.An overnight journey would have suited the best.
