'A' for Air-braked. Now since all coaches are Air-braked, the 'A' is being removed from all the coach numbers. At that time when IR was moving from Vacuum to air-braked coaches ( The old brown colored coaches to the new Blue colored coaches), Air braked coaches used to explicitly have an 'A' in the coach number. Even now some of the older coaches will occasionally have this marking.
Aage k 2 coaches non selfgenerating hi hai, wo transit me hai. Locked coaches ko kahin le jaya ja raha hai isliye use power ki koi jarurat nahi.
This is not Hybrid LHB.. these are self generating pure LHB rakes.
