Shatabdi Premium me facilities Rajdhani jaise hai kya...I mean do they give Newspaper, Breakfast , Lunch etc

yes ticket fare inclusive of catering charges of Rs.210 . But people travelled yesterday in DD complaint that they were not given Breakfast & lunch. i will be travelling on 26 Aug 2014
DD will be good as Shatabdi will run with old ICF rakes and DD will run with new LHB rakes..

Mostly Upgradation is done to get the wait list clear of the lower class and is done when berths avaliable in higher class
As no wait list is issued in premium then how upgradation will take place

In normal train Upgradation can be done even when there is no waiting list in lower class
But in premium there is no upgradation

RAC is indeed issued in premium trains, but there is no provision of upgrade even if berths are vacant in higher class.
No up gradations in premium...

I have seen one pnr on Iri where it was RAC 2 in premium and got confirm after charting...
