It has a turnaround of 27hrs at Agartala. As the numbers of trains originating at AGL are less they can do PM in 8 hrs and leave 6 hrs late. The next week it can be bought to Schedule.

Before laughing at me you should know that Coromondal Mail RSA used to run 12 hrs late and cycle continued for 3 months and they have cancelled when there is a block for 4 days near Bhadrak. Even at SMVB it has 14hrs. So it can easily be covered.. 30hrs late at AGTL arrival at 830. After PM it can leave at 1730 12hrs reschedule and the same 12hrs at SVMT even if it's late by 14hrs. It will arrive back at AGTL by 12 to 14hrs say evening 1630 still around of 11hrs to Depart next day at 530. Alternately they can short terminate one run at GHY and do PM there as both are in NFR.

Enough of diversions let trains to NE be left to them as they are running full throught the year. Request ECR operate weekly from Bhagalpur and Muzaffarpur to Chennai/ Benguluru.

route would be too circuitous. I am from this region and I still don't support diversion of this train. Rather ER/SWR should start a new train from BGP to YPR/SMVT via SBG this time.
And a train could be started from MFP to YPR via Munger, BGP, BHW
