When kondaveedu us running 17 coaches why to replace general they could have added 3AC directly.
Pf constraints at mtm, new station and pf under construction since many years if works get completed 22 lhb / 24 icf coaches can be accomodated.
I have seen videos last year in which station building is completed still not functioning? Great SCR planning and implementation.
Pf and station building aipoindi but interlocking works s&t works pending vunnayi avanni next year march lopu avutayi ani kuda expect cheyalemu so construction aipoina no use for operating trains as of now

Vskp needs a afternoon dep to arrive at morning and evening dep from Bangalore and not reverse as mentioned by you. At present all trains from coastal AP arrive at midday wasting half a day on both sides
At least it will be useful to rayalasema traveller to reach vizag in morning time.
Now no train to connect vizag. It is better in the place of nothing.

We dont want to waste train slot and loose opportunity by having a morning dep for sake of few passengers.
First ATP needs proper or faster trains to Bamgalore and Hyderabad intercity day trains then to vskp. ATP people depend on those cities for business and employment. If you have 100 passengers to Vskp u will have 1000 travellers to both the metro cities each.

Extending NS-DMM to ypr is not required and time is also not there for extension
NS - DMM can be extended and will return back as Kondaveedu, if it becomes daily. Same with Kondaveeda which arrived in YPR, it becomes NS - DMM.
There is no need to extend NS DMM to YPR . It doesn't have any occupancy after Tirupati and people will not travel to Bangalore by train from Pakala to DMM as bus route is short and lesser travelling time. It will just block path on DMM ypr which can be used for other trains.
I am throwing options to vacate YPR with in 2 hrs by Kondaveedu if it becomes daily. Not thinking for pax between TPTY - DMM, For people between NS - OGL, alternate to Seshadri. Can reach YPR by 13:00.
