Only 19 coaches bad decision by SWR. Should have given 2 more SL and 1 more GS. Total 22 LHB rake should have been given.
Also most probably VSG VLNK can be LHBfied from 20 November since it's bookings also suspended.

Bad decision by SWR to restrict CC to just 19 LHB of such a high demand train for whatever reason it may be.

That inspection is only for castle Rock yard not entire section

It was only for CLR yard inspection. I visited QLM CLR ghat section in April 2023 only poles were being laid.
Second i travelled to VSG on 15/06/23 to capture first LHB video or Goa express from SVM in pass train during that I saw the progress of electrification of MJO VSG and only poles were being laid and at VSG yard only some poles were laid in no way it's possible that both sections are electrified so soon it will take another 9 to 12 months for these two sections to be electrified and I guess it may even take more than that coz progess is too slow as of now.

I too travelled from VSG to MAO onboard 12779 on June 23rd and while poles were laid at most places, there was no sign of wiring being done so I was surprised to see that post on FB. But there have been times when electrification has been done rapidly depending on external factors, like Marwar-Jodhpur section in March-April '22 and SBC-UBL line earlier this year. So I assumed a month was enough to finish off CLR-QLM and MJO-VSG if given enough priority.

I travelled in 12779 on August 3 from MAO to PUNE. OHE poles were erected but there was no sign of any other OHE equipment or catenary between Kulem & Castle Rock.
