After Darshan, headed to Chennai. Taking The Vijayawada Chennai Vande Bharat Express via Renigunta. This will be my first ever ride in a mini Vande Bharat.

Can someone clarify if 12253 Anga express is having RSA with any train ?
If not why is Anga rescheduled by 12 hrs today (29 july) to depart from SMVB at 2 am. The pairing rake of Anga (12254) had arrived yesterday (28 july) late by only 2 hrs.

My wild guess is RSA between 12251/52 Wainganga Express and 12253/54 Anga Express( if I remember correctly, there used to be RSA between them prior to Terminal change of 12253/54 to SMVB).
12252 JCO 27.07.2023 reached YPR at 13:50 hrs on 29.07.2023( delayed by 24 hrs 20 min). But, 12251 JCO 28.07.2023 departed RT from YPR.

But moving empty rake from SMVB to YPR is something swr might not do, if tht was the case they would not have changed the terminal of Anga
Movement of empty rakes isn't new in SWR-SBC division. Transfer of coaches/rakes between CDO - SBC and YPR is very common.
What I feel it's just one of occasion of rake interchange to reduce the rescheduling of 18 hrs to 12 hrs with rake exchange with Wainganga. also Anga has long layover at BGP so 12 hr delay will not impact for returning trip.
Probably that is also reason why 12295 Sanghamitra exp is getting rescheduled very often from SMVB, they might be using its coaches here and there. Even after 96 arriving ontime 95 departs smvb minimum 3 hrs late on avg
