Puri - Barbil express has been left as it is, and Barbil - Chakradharpur Express has been extended upto Rourkela. So now from date 09/02/2019, this train will stop at Dangoaposi and Bara Jamda Stations while running from Rourkela to Barbil and then at Bara Jamda, Noamundi and Dangoaposi stations again while running from Barbil to Puri. Thus this train will stop at Dangoaposi and Bara Jamda twice while running from Rourkela to Puri, because it is running from Rourkela to Barbil as another train and then from Barbil to Puri as another train. Barbil - Puri Express (Train no. - 18415) is leaving Dangoaposi from platform no. 2 as Tata - Gua Passenger (Train no. - 58109) is standing on platform no. 1 at Dangoaposi on date 11/11/2018. Barbil - Puri Express is leaving Dangoaposi at 11:59 am i.e., 1 hour 3 min late. Tata - Gua passenger was running 1 hour 39 min late. The photos have been taken by Redmi Note 5 Pro from the roof of my house in Dangoaposi.

The python freights which are also known as Double rake trains have been stopped now. This is because no stations en route had the capacity to accommodate the full train at once. So it was difficult for the railways to halt it anywhere and let another train like an express train or passenger train overtake it. So they are not visible nowadays.

What is this? On date, 02/06/2018, this train left Dangoaposi at 18:15, i.e. 2:47 Hrs late and reached Barbil at 18:25, i.e. 2 Hrs late. See the attachment. Means it traveled from Dangoaposi to Barbil, a distance of 32 Km in 10 Mins. Average speed was 192 Kmph! But in this section sectional speed is 60 Kmph and actually trains travel at a speed of 30 Kmph. So all trains are alloted 1 hr time to travel from Dangoaposi to Barbil. Then how come this happened?
