I think, this will be possible, once the RNC - LAD - TORI line is operational.

This summer season will pass in experimenting with flop routes by IR. Why do not they simply run this rake on demanded routes like-

RNC gr has 2 rakes but one is always kept on stand by because if one rake comes late than other is ready so RNC div cant send the gr too long distance because they have to get it back within 35-38 hours
Yes... Ranchi BSB super flop ... Now hatia Vskp will be super duper flop ...

Spl is meant for few days cannot be experimented with no takers,better to use in non-mining route.
aap ne sahi kaha sambalpur raigara ho kar jane se train hit ho jayegi
Special are for the route where we have huge demand. Railways already have so much losses if they are running a 12 AC coaches for 50 members then what will be the use ??
We have to think over all indian railway problems not only one region issues. First TAT-VSKP SF needs to be filled and later we can think about another special on this route.
