No plans to double this stretch as of now. That's unofficial road kind of thing for some agriculture activities nearby
Why no plans of doubling this is part of Secunderabad-Nizamabad-MMR route right..
May be traffic is not that high. If you observe, day time traffic is pretty less with both Devagiri's running in day time.
