what is the reason for such long halts at bqa and adra ?

At BQA it's for passenger importance and at ADRA for linking with 68055 and 68018.
5 minutes is enough at Bankura .

Yup, acts as slack too. On late arrival, MEMU is not hold on for more than 2-5 mins when track ahead is clear.
