Reduction of SL upto 2 was shocking... Btw finally iska bhi number lag gya LHB me..:)
Isme kayi stoppages bhi reduce hone chaiye and speedup is must.. let's see if it does 130 or not initially with LHB.
There is no point in reduction of stoppages and speedup of the train, leave it as it is as this train will cater to only intermediate stations. Introduce 2 SF biweekly from LTT to Amritsar and SVDK with limted stops. These old trains having stops with every 20-30km and less avg speed should be spared from over standardized rakes and have 8AC and rest SL, GS.

It runs 2047km with 76 halts in between with avg stop of 30kms with avg of 50kmph. These trains should have more sleeper and general then AC coaches they should be criteria to assign more AC coaches when they are LHBfied. The trains with avg speeds less then 55 kmph having avg stops less then 40km should be spared from unnecessary over standardized rake with AC coaches. They should be limited to 8 coaches 2 2Ac and 4-6 3AC 2-4 GS and rest SL. They can't increase the avg speed above a certain a point though they are given 130kmph.
IR should run ONLY AC trains and ONLY SLEEPER trains on same route separately. reducing sleeper is just like injustice

First LHB run ki exact dates kya rahengi... I'm planning to board for it's first LHB run.
I was checking the irctc for 3E in this.. the 18th feb is the dates from where the 3E is showing... I guess from csmt 18th Feb will be first run..
Perfect ЁЯШГ I will go for 18th Feb.. тЭдя╕П. I'm afraid ki 3E ka haal general jaisa na ho with unreserved crowd.
Suggestion for an LHB upgrade. Until now It has been nearly 105 years since the first run. Monday, September 1, 1919.
