Kindly again see PROPERLY the Train Name.
Its updated as "Kharagpur - Balasor DEMU SPL" . Search any station named "BALASOR". If you Find anyone , then inform me.
Because till now my HOMETOWN Name is "BALASORE" with a "E" in end , not BALASOR.

I think in 1970-80's only , the name Baleshwar was converted into Balasore for proper utility (Till now nobody knows really why it got changed;))
People also only say Baleshwar. But railway station is named as Balasore in english , But Intercity Buses are still marked as Baleshwar only.

But if you see the current SB Pic of Balasore, you will be happy to see "Baleswar" written in Hindi and Oriya both. Even Bengal also has this kind of examples. Midnapore, it's a name from British era. But in Bengali, it is just "Medinipur". So, it's written as Mindapore in English and Medinipur in Bengali and Hindi.

In station board, I see it is Baleshwar (बालेश्वर) in Hindi not Balasore.

Yes Yes...My mistake...Balasore is written in English...But in hindi and odiya its still Baleshwar....On govt papers and documentation , Balasore is taken...ITR and DRDO also takes the same for naming its buildings and address.....But the same DRDO & ITR Buses plying here bears the "Baleshwar" name...;)
