It happen in many occassions due to lack of language proficiency,mostly they translated exactly as it is from their respective mother tongue

Ikka,they have ordered for more OLD coaches from SR... so once they have landed, these will be implemented..:P
Ok.. then Y is this happening only in SR.. to be more precise, In Kerala.. To me again more precise TVC Division ???
to add spice to conditions, I demand CBC coaches for TVC division
