Correct it used to run from Peshawar Current Pak to Mangalore via AP, TN. I am not saying the same. Since PM at MAS it cant be extended to south TN but they can still do it to ASR. A dedicated train is always needed from MAS to ASR. Its been a long time demand.

Yes any train would make sense except TN and Delhi Rajdhani and Garibrath (GB production stopped). Maybe they can start a new Humsafar that would leave MAS at 15:30 PM and arrive Delhi at 21:00 PM and to arrive ASR at 06:00 AM and return could be the same to leave ASR at 13:00 PM and to arrive NDLS at 21:30 PM to arrive MAS at 07:00 AM. In that case it will be a new train like Abhi mentioned.
