I think the existing GR coaches are painted to Utkrisht livery as the coaches were not self-generating.
Unable to see the total seats written on coach due to less quality of video.

And Upto what number of RAC in 3 Tier it may easily confirm after chart preperation.
Now RAC is RAC37 in total 15 coaches Ajmer to Chandigarh.
