Please do post your PNR /pnr for better predictions. Also, please do not reveal your PNR as it may reveal sensitive information. Again, the PNR you have provided seems to be for a journey between Jammu Tawi and Ahmedabad and that seems to be not connected in any way to the train that you had tagged it with.

Mr "ab ki baar no modi sarkar" IRI pe political name kyon rakha hua hai, kisi station, cuttack barang doubling, bhubneshwar rajdhani my favourite, best division bhubneshwar division, koi aisa name rakh lete, IRI ke layak.
Hum toh fir bhi sirf naam se apne dil ki baat rakh rahe hain bhai.

koolwadi 165 blog postsIt seems to be this SCR gives responsibility to CR to run specials in Nanded Division. First, Solapur-Nagpur, and now Kolhapur-Purna. Hard luck for passengers as it is not running till Nanded. But, due to limited no of platforms and heavy train traffic in morning at Nanded, this train may not running till Nanded. One thing everyone should notice if you see Down Direction time-table, average speed is 34 Km/hr. like a passenger train, but in the UP Direction average speed is 56 Km/hr like a super-fast express. Same loco, same coach composition, but two different speeds of different types. This can an remarkable train in IR by considering speed factor. Afterall special hai, special treatment milegi. Jai Ho CR Ki!! :)
Different TT and average arises because of slot alloted to the special.
