Yes they can speedup by 1.5hrs between vijaywada to Howrah. There is enough of time from Chennai Egmore to BZA and need not be given slack in Bza Vskp section. BZA VSKP 60 mins Vskp 810/30 HWH 2230. As HWH will not take before and 3 trains are in line from VsKp to HWH dep at Trichy should be delayed by 90mins to 1500 to reach Vskp at 910/30 HWH 2330.

First the doubling work will be shown as a reason for not extending the TPJ Exp. After the completion of doubling they will find another reason. But they will not extend the train. Kanniya Kumari Dibrugarh train was proposed to be made a daily. It was introduced as a weekly. Now the Railway is stated that the train is not going to become a daily. You can ask for fulfillment of the past proposal of Kanniya Kumari Dibrugarh Daily( Now weekly)

If they need hwh train they can ask for src-mas antyo/as normal train

Haan Sir. Nagercoil bhi Trivandrum division mein aata hain. Not sure if there is enough time to reach Nagercoil and come back the same day as per existing time table.
