When tatkal booking starts of train no. 09103 which starts from origin station on 7.30 evening on10-11-2018

Bookings are over. For AC classes it was 1000 hours today and non AC classes it was 1100 hours today.
No Tatkal booking in Special Trains .. they running on Tatkal Fare Special

That is OK but I have seen many junctions of other states. They are very busy and yet not so dirty. There should not be any excuse if other major junctions can be clean.
