I never went inside, but the lights were apparently used to be on though nobody used to be inside[probably attendants or something].

actually firstly it starts from kota at 11.55 pm with train number 59801 kota-phulera fast passenger,reaches jaipur at 4.30am then after reaching phulera after 1 or 2 hour it again started from phulera on same day with train number 59802 phulera ratlam fast passenger both 59801 and 59802 is fully reserved with gs coaches then it reached ratlam around 2 pm next day then from ratlam it runs a unreserved passenger upto kota with train number 59803 so it is unreserved, after reaching kota either it runs as a kota nizamuddin special or one pair of this train goes to jaipur again journey started now you can think that this train timing is very congested means no time to de attach ac coaches thats why ac coaches comes empty from ratam and goes full from kota to rtm or jp or nzm.

Rtm kota arrives and departs as kota nzm spl from PF 1 and another rake is stationed at PF 1A that goes to jaipur.

Ac coaches of this trains are used in Kota- Nzm superfast exp. When this passenger arrives at Kota from Ratlam At pf no. 1, It's destination boards are being changed. When it runs as Ratlam passenger it's AC coaches remains closed.

I don't know about that but this train arrives at Platform no-1 of Kota train station & the same rake is then used as special train between Kota & Nizammudin. It runs as unreserved passenger train between Ratlam & Kota with A/C coaches being kept locked.
