Yes, normally trains having early morning departures get their charts prepared in previous nights.
Which is applicable to most Intercity Trains as Personally witnessed on Pune Mumbai Route.
Same could be applicable here but one isn't sure so

Iss se pehle Amritsar Saharsa Garib rath ko milna chahiye. India ka pehla Garib rath gadi hai. Coaches ka halat bahut bahut bekar aur coaches rusting bhi hai due to poor maintenance by Amritsar CDO. Iss baat mein aap ke pass kya sujhav hai bhai log?

Instead of placing 3AC Economy coaches in express and superfast trains , they should have focused on LHBfying garib rath trains . Many garib raths run at 130mps on capable routes.
