the time of the train selected is very wrong . Instead it should depart from jhansi early morning daily . then we will have 2 shatabdis like amritsar and kalka. this would be very baeneficial to the people of jhs gwl and agc as they can go to delhi and come back the same day after finishing their work.
also it would reduce the burden of kerala and mangla
there are two important trains daily shatabdi and taj departing jhs in the evening besides other daily trains.

sorry to say that my last travel by this train was a disaster where train was late by almost an hour .....and the food for which i had paid money to be had ...i was told was out of stock.....which i couldnt understand.....nonetheless i could easily smell a bad nexus between train staff.....

did you write a written complaint with the travelling staff/TTE or Manager of pantry? Did you call irctc and tell them your complaint? They have a tollfree number - 1800111139. pl call them and provide your details of travel, coach no, seat no etc and make a complaint. especially the word 'nexus' needs to be complained as you are aware and they may take action. u can also send a email at care@irctc.co.in.
kalinga ji, still caterers will be same who will come through tender, not rly employees. only the name sake change will take place.
