I'm happy to share that during my North Karnataka Trip I found that most of the stations of SWR are very clean and neat.
It's very good initiative by SWR Hubali Division to maintain the stations, I never seen such cleanliness in Toilets, Waiting Room, Platforms and Outside of station also.
e.g. Gadag, Badami, Hospet etc.

I requested Central railway to extend solapur -gadag -solapur passenger train up to hosapete jn ..so that Maharashtra people can visit hampi world famous tourist place ..& Karnataka people can visit holy place pandarapur wic is near to solapur ..it 'll benefit both states makes good connection between these presently no connection btn solapur -gdg with gdg -Hpt line expect sai nagar -mysoor weekly train ..hoping positive response from railway
This train usually called as push pull in this region between UBL and Gadag as this runs on the same slot of train like one having a Engines within last compartments and use to pull in one direction and push in reverse journey which use to run between Gadag Jn and Hubballi Jn previously bfr 2001 I guess..The concept of push pull trains I didn't got clearly bit enjoyed ride in it in my childhood... Miss it a lot...😢
This train partially cancelled between solapur Bijapur upto 15 March 2018 except Tuesdays and Saturdays this info from where we can find as SWR not given any press release about this in its official website.. It's SWR train but don't know how SWR unaware of providing prior info to public regarding this one..please if anyone have cutting or clip or any info about SWR about this partial cancellation then pls share it
I check I didn't find cause on this train latest news edition is as per December 15 2017 so I check press release on or bfr that I didn't find.
It's provided down side on top regarding miraj castle rock cancellation which I saw so thoughy down also related to same but later saw it's solapur bijapur cancelation.

This freight rake took 3hr 30mins to cover the distance of 13Kms- Average speed of 3.7Kmph !!!!
Also heard that freights take 9-10hrs from Belagavi to Hubbali to cover just 130Kms, which comes to 15-13Kmph !!!!
