That's what the first question came in my mind after reading the news.
Roukella-Bhubaneswar Double Decker i think will be a New train if runs anyday. TT was Approved in IRTTM 2019 if i can remember the year correctly now.
Newspaper reports are claiming that as soon as ECoR gets rakes, it will replace ROU BBS IC with DD rakes.
