By the way, I was shocked to see the crazy license fees charged by IRCTC. Like, for example, the total license fees for catering services on the 12051 and 12052 CSMT MAO CSMT Janshatabdi Express is a whopping 33,28,780 (almost 33.5 Lakhs) with a security deposit of 99,863 (almost 1 Lakh). Damn! That's like 22,000 bucks per day and 11,000 bucks per trip. And guess how I found out? Through this awesome thing called a Right To Information (RTI) Request. Pretty cool, huh?

Trains ki catering ke baare mein kuch mahatvapurn jaankari share kar raha hu Indian Railways ke baare mein:

1. Aap har train mein catering providers ke poore vistar wale jaankari, contract period, contract cost, etc. yahaan se check kar sakte hai: yahaan click karein

Note: Kuch trains is list mein shaamil nahi ho sakti hai aur unki catering IRCTC dwara E-Catering ho sakti hai.

P.S: Mujhe IRCTC dwara charge kiye jaane wale kuch license fees dekhkar shocked hua. Jaise ki 12051 aur 12052 CSMT MAO CSMT Janshatabdi Express par catering ki services provide karne ke liye total license fees 33,28,780 INR (lagbhag 33.5 lakh) aur security deposit 99,863 INR (lagbhag 1 lakh) hai.

License Fees lagbhag 22000 INR per day aur effective taur par 11000 INR per trip hai. Aap dusri trains ke liye bhi check kar sakte hai.
