RAC can get confirmed in both ways...against cancellation and by quota release also. Charting will be done usually 2-4 hours before journey...
I really hope it gets confirmed. or else I will be in big mess... :(

It is a really nervous situation, since the journey is for 40 hours and going all through by seating is very bad idea :(
