Instead of messing up 12626 train TT if they want to follow the best ZBTT would be for the train to leave TVC at 10:00 AM and arrive NDLS at 10:00 AM (1 hr 15 mins speeded up) and then return to leave at 16:00 PM to arrive TVC at 16:00 PM (48 hours) - and then go for PM for 16:30 PM from next day 09:30 AM and SM at NDLS from 10:30 AM to 15:30 PM , in that case if it gets delayed during fog it does not have to arrive TVC at midnight
closely follow TN, telengana and KA and arrive last set at NDLS and leave as first set from NDLS to arrive TVC on the third day early evening like old TT.

It does not need to depart at 20:10 PM, 20:10 departure is done cause earlier the 12626 used to leave at afternoon 13:15 PM but they dont want to make the train sit in NDLS for 20 hours so , they changed it to 20:10 ,
Like you mentioned it can arrive behind Karnataka around 09:30 or 10:00 AM and leave at 16:30 or 16:55 PM before Telengana exp and reach TVC before it gets dawn. Current 12626 spoiled ... more...

You need 8-10 hrs gap in New Delhi for PM. 6 hrs for PM and 2 hrs for PF berthing and stabling in pit line further 1-2 hrs gap should be given to avoid rescheduling everyday even for 30-60 mins late as IR is very famous for its punctuality of normal SF trains.. Arrival at 1000 dep at 1900-2000 would be good or 2nd option 700 arrival 1600 dep at New Delhi is also better.
