Gyanendra~ 399 blog postsI think that this train should be run from Barbil to Puri in the route Barbil - Tatanagar - Hijili - Bhadrak - Balasore - Cuttack - Bhubaneswar - Khurda Road - Puri as special Train. Frequency and timings, as decided by the Railways.

In both cases i.e Tata-VSKP & Tata-Puri, passenger associations have been taken by surprise. These were never in their regular list of demands but somehow they seem to have got it. Tata-VSKP was an example where no trail/spl runs were done and instead train was directly started.

Train No. 18516/18515 Vskp -Tata - Vskp Weekly Express was not started directly. It initially ran 2 months as special train no 08516/08515 and then it didn't run for one week. After that it was regularized.
IR is now cautious about introducing new trains.....
