The train should leave MS at 22:30 PM , to arrive TPJ at 03:20 AM, DG at 04:35 AM , MDU at 05:25 AM, Virudhunagar at 06:10 AM , Tenkasi at 08:50 AM , Sengottai at 09:15 AM , Punalur at 11:15 AM , Kollam at 12:25 PM

Return should leave at 16:25 PM , Punalur at 17:20 PM , SCT at 19:55 PM , TSI at 20:10 PM , Virudhunagar at 22:45 PM , MDU at 23:30 PM, DG at 00:30 AM, TPJ at 01:35 AM, MS at 06:35 AM....

There were two overnight trains between TVC and MS in MG era namely 105/106 Trivandrum-Madras Mail and the 137/138 Trivandrum-Madras Super Express . One of them departed TVC midnoon arriving MS next day early morning ; another departed TVC night arriving MS late afternoon.

I am not sure about that ! But very back in days , it used to take two night and 1 day from TVC to MS in mail - this was when it was using steam and when it was introduced.
