Ns can special has only oem at Can whereas hte ers special may require sm at destination so they are exploring the places where there is a chance to facilitate sm
CBE looks to be the most favourable option. CAN doesnt have options. Instead of CAN possibly try and look at MAQ which is 2 hours after CAN but there also same issue might come up regarding constraints. CBE is not having many spl terminating except Jabalpur-CBE so that might be considered. Till the time Sabarimala season ends, more spl towards Kerala might be a challenge
