I wonder why HWH Division and ER as a whole are hell bent on screwing up one of their NSG-2 stations, and yes, I am talking about Bardhaman Jn.
Neither of the two newly launched VBs is stopping at the second biggest station of HWH Division after departing from HWH!
22309 is stopping at a station like Nonihat which is unlikely to fetch any passengers at all, while subtly skipping BWN.

is given 16 car trainset whilst it isn't terminating at either BSB,DDU or PNBE! Meanwhile it will directly be competing with one of ER's Shatabdi for patronage upto DHN.
Either or both of this trains should have been given a halt at BWN.
BWN maybe in the Kolkata Suburban Railway but the peculiar way it get's neglected is not seen in other metropolitan systems be it in Chennai or Mumbai!

Given the TAT, it would go to Patna easily. But Patna will be hesitant to take this as Patna has to handle NJP VB(NJP VB goes on PF10 at Patna) and TATA VB in this time. 2 platforms are occupied (only 3 platform has connection of Gaya-Patna at Patna junction) and 1 empty platform will handle Gaya-Patna memu in this time.

TAT will be fine for BSB if made to depart HWH early and reach HWH late. HWH to BSB distance is lesser than NDLS to BSB, and HWH to DDU (small Gurpa Gujhandi ghat section being the exception) is 130km/h operated, hence it can do the section easily. The only difficulty might be platform availability at BSB and traffic in the DDU BSB section, but I think that can be sorted out as well.

Ddu will have platform issue. Blocking platform for minimum 1 hour.
Agar kahi jaegi toh maximum chance Patna ka hai ya phir ER 8C kar dega kuch month me.
