That doesn't seem to be correct ... I saw in Google Earth that almost every alternate station of this section has loop lines. Pls. see my GE Images of Piska, Tangarbasuli and Nagjua Stations. All have established Loops and dual platforms. The One in Nagjua seems to be under construction (Though I think that the work must have been completed as the satellite image might be a few years old for this area)
