Regularisation of this train is much helpful. However, this TOD spl is not running during this year festive season which is very surprising.

No it is still under consideration otherwise a different statement would be written like not feasible
Sealdah - Jagi Road is not running now. It ran last on 1st Sep'24. After that it was not continued during festive season. Many people expected that ER will publish notification at the last moment to run this train as ToD to clear the rush, but now it seems like not possible.

A new line from Azimganj Jn connecting Lalgola Ranaghat , Krishnanngar towards Sealdah
This train should be run on permanent basis. But like Silchar-Kolkata, Guwahati/Agartala-Kolkata TOD spl, ER will run them as SPL for the profit booking. Very unfortunate for general passengers.
Koaa - Ghy/Agtl and Koaa Scl spl are NFR trains. And this Sdah Jagi Road spl is not getting completely filled up. More than this Sdah Jagi Road spl, Koaa - Ghy/Agtl Garib Rath and Koaa Scl weekly should be regularised. They are more useful.
Let it (03105/06) be run for few times, it will be popular like 02501/02/17/18.
