Direct trains will be very very less.... You can take MMTS(local) from SC to Begumpet and then from Begumpet to Hussain sagar/Necklace road.
SC to Begumpet takes just 5 mins...
Begumpet to Necklace road takes 3 to 5 mins....

However
My metro station is also available but i dont know metro routes as well

If your hotel is near this station either (the park hotel) or some other hotel in somajiguda
I will strictly suggest you to break journey as suggested earlier
