This was an old Irttm approved extension now getting reality. Good decision. Alternate route to Bengaluru.
Now that this train is extended to YPR, rush to/from YPR will overpower the passengers to/from SSPN even if SSPN is given RL quota (those in need will use this train anyways despite whatever odd timings + people to/from Bengaluru Airport region/Yelahanka will find this more suitable than all trains to/from SMVT). Better to augment this service by running a weekly Antyodaya between SRC & YPR along the same route and same timings (using the idle rake of 22841/42 TBM Antyodaya - was used as a special fare JanSadharan train between SRC & YPR even until a few days back); will be really helpful particularly for last minute bookings for poor/lower middle class passengers/patients who fail to get Sleeper class tickets on all other existing Bengaluru-Howrah trains.

Amrit Bharat train is required daily or 4 days a week with 2 rakes from Howrah to Hyderabad, Chennai and Benguluru and Biweekly to Trivandrum.
Yeah , pax has to depend on auto / taxis who will quote exorbitant amount at that time, else one has to wait till BMTC starts its service!!!
