06347 was inevitable as the rake has to return to TVC by Friday, so as to go to CSTM @ 0415 on Sat!!
It wasn't inevitable. Because a new 14 made Rake has been allotted to TVC div for running one of the TVC-NZM Superfasts (the rake is currently doing GHY specials). There was an assumption that the same is getting transferred to MAS. And we were waiting for the PR regarding the return, so that we can conclude it to as not the new rake but the one of 16331/32

One way special. Yes unless there is a return it might be the plan of MAS to take away the brand new coach from TVC div. There is no other spare rake of 2-2A,2-3A and 13SL.
