As part of the development of Orvakal Mega Industrial Hub..the AP govt requested for the construction of new lines between

1. Dupadu - B.Cement Nagar 47kms in first phase
and 'Y' junction line proposal near B.Cement Nagar towards Nandyal & Betamcherla. Becz of this 50kms will reduce between NDL - KRNT. Also there will be proposal to extend the Tungabhadra exp upto...

Tungabhadra Express, Hauled by a MLY WDG3A entering PF 2 of Shadnagar on 28th Sept, 2013.
SCR was found so negligent that, they have put the board of Devagiri/Simhapuri Express instead of Tungabhadra/Intercity board on this KRNT bound train...How ridiculous ?
