are the thing is at the time of booking itself it was showing GNWL avbl but no waiting no. alloted to this ticket neither seat no. I have booked 2 tickets, now also if Iam going to book in same train for the same sector still it is showing GNWL avbl Please help?

Whenever the status is shown as GNWl/Avbl....you will get CNFed seat.....but seat no. will be known after charting

Same thing happened to me. For TPTY PURI Exp. When I booked ticket the status is RAC25 after confirming the ticket it doesn't shows me the seat/berth. It will be shown after preparation of chart.
are u sure after chart preparation the seat no. will be alloted?
