One of my childhood favourite train which I travelled over 12 times for Howrah. Since I am travelling with it , it used to get diesel loco from Raxaul to Barauni and from there electric loco hauled it. After electrification of another 100km section of Barauni-Muzaffarpur it still used an ALCo till Barauni. In 2016 perhaps it started getting E-Loco from Muzaffarpur to Howrah but only after few days due to space issues MFP surrendered to carry out loco change.
