You can't say vskp is much bigger just because it has more area population and density is key for successful public transit whats point in building through less populated area you need to spread out all the lines increasing building cost and still will have lesser ridership That's one of the reason why public transit don't work in us and Australia etc where it do wonders in in densely populated Europe Japan India china etcSize is not always important density is important for building transit you need high population centers
