numaligarh refinery has their marketing terminal & product pump house @ Rangapani,KIR is bottling around 6-7 BTPN wagons each day from this terminal & thats their main priority as of now...yesterday saraighat exp was halted @ Chhaterhat station for 1.5 Hrs for shunting of BTPN rakes in NMY refinery.
