To get souvenir tickets, contact the Chief Public Relations Officer (CPRO) of the railway division that is running the Vande Bharat Express on its first journey. Request a commemorative ticket at the train station or platform office a day or two before the first run. As my experience has shown, the operation may be challenging, thus patience is required.
