In case someone wants to catch it, it is currently (as in right now!) parked on the passage line between platforms 3 and 4 at Nizamuddin. I saw this when I was waiting to board 12963, and of curiosity walked up to see the other end to see another locomotive (pictured) hooked. The line staff and LP were very friendly and confirmed that this is indeed the high speed trial rake and that it will shortly be bound for the yard.
