Here its mentioned that tte on train can book tickets till katihar. I have to travel by train no 22412 from barauni to rangpara. Online chart shows nearly 200 seats are vacant in 3AC. So will tte can book my tkt from bju to rpan inside train. If yes then whether i have to pay penalty fine also. Plz clarify.
