The rule says bedrolls are to be supplied for passengers on demand, hope in view of the fact that it is winter, IR must have made arrangements for enough number of bedrolls in order to make sure that passengers do not have to suffer for their shortage. Its a very punctual train. Last year I went to Puri in this train during Durga Puja. But this year I will have to avail some other train because this train doesnot run on the day I wish to go to Puri. Its due to its low frequency!!!
