Blank Paper Ticket/Circular Ticket. It comes to my knowledge that it can only be booked for sleeper class, second seating not for any AC Class. The reason behind is that GST which is leviable on AC Class fare but not on Non AC Class fare. During this type of booking, normally two states use to involve in supply but railway take one fair, therefore it is not feasible and practical to divide GST in both the states.

I think either NR is either going to remove 1AC coach from this train or going to LHBfied it without any 1AC coach w.e.f. 01.09.2022? What is other member's view on this?
