Today at VSKP the line up was 125151284222818. 12515 arrived at 20:32, 12842 at 20:39 and 22818 at 21:07. VSKP controllers allowed to depart 12515 at 20:58 which is OK, but 22818 which arrived half an hour after 12842 departed 20 mins before 12842. Just to allow 22818 to go ahead of 12842, VSKP controllers again detained 12842 for 1 hrs 16 mins.. What a shame..
