Detained for almost 5 hrs at KUR today? Any serious issue occurred to coro today at KUR?

This train deserves LHB or else fix that damn CBC system. Though traveled in 2Tier AC from Vizag to Howrah, the jerks were really troublesome, especially for elderly people and families with kids. Massive jerks and train was at max perm speed at most of the time.
