Had raised a concern with CR on speeding up the train and moving it back to its original timings. Currently it runs with avg 38km/hour speed.Attached is the response from CR. It seems while CR, KR & SR had agreed to revised timings proposed by CR, it was South Western railways which had not approved the same citing path constraints. Unnecessary inconvenience for passengers bound for Mangalore, Udupi,Suratkal Kannur, Calicut with these odd timings
